What is Firewise?
Firewise helps communities prepare for wildfire. It provides a framework for neighbors to organize, find direction, and take action to increase the ignition resistance of their homes and community and to reduce wildfire risks.

The purpose of the Moraga-Orinda Firewise Network (MOFN) is to help residents, who live within the boundaries of the Moraga-Orinda Fire Protection District (MOFD), prepare for wildfire via education and outreach.
